Organizational Model and Code of Ethics
SOP has adopted the Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as it is considered an effective tool to raise awareness among all those who work with the company.
SOP intends to turn the understanding and appreciation of its guiding ethical values into a competitive advantage.
The purpose of the Code of Ethics is therefore to formalize and document all those ethical principles that the company adopts as a reference in carrying out the management processes through which its strategic mission is implemented. This is intended to prevent the recipients of the Code of Ethics, even when acting in good faith in the interest or for the benefit of the Company, from violating principles or regulatory requirements deemed by SOP as mandatory, and thus committing offenses provided for under Legislative Decree 231/01.
