Eng. Daniele Aspesi

Biomedical and chemical engineer with over 10 years of international experience in Research and Development.

He has participated as a speaker at scientific events and has led innovative projects in the technological field.

At SOP, he serves as CTDO and is responsible for the strategic development of proprietary solutions.

 

Dr. Gioacchino Quarta

Nutritionist and agronomist with over 30 years of in-company and field experience in the agrifood sector.

Over the years, he has collaborated with numerous companies in the industry and studied its dynamics in depth.

At SOP, he is a speaker, trainer, and head of ruminants.

Marcello Ermido Chiodini, PhD

PhD in Agricultural Ecology, with a Master’s Degree in Plant Production and Protection Science.

He has conducted studies on ammonia and greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural practices and the management of slurry and digestate.

Within SOP’s R&D team, he is an author, research liaison, and focuses on sustainable agriculture.

 

Paolo Schiavetta

With over twenty years of international experience in the dairy cattle and forage sector, he has been with SOP since its very beginnings.

He is a trainer, key account manager, and head of the Italian sales network, coordinating the team of sales representatives and technicians.

Marco Rocchetta

For over 15 years, he has been supporting clients and the sales network on a daily basis, particularly in the dairy cattle and forage sectors.

At SOP, he is the reference point for environmental hygiene, bedding and cubicle management, and the analysis of milk quality data.

 
 

Davide Toppi

With over 30 years of experience in the livestock sector, having held various technical and commercial roles, he has been collaborating with SOP for several years.

At SOP, he is a speaker and trainer, and is responsible for the Remedy product line and the swine sector.

Antonio Kron Morelli

Agronomist registered with the Order of Agronomists of Brescia, holding a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of the Agri-Food System (SMEA).

At SOP, he is a technical consultant in the agronomic field.

 
 

Lorenzo Poggianella

Graduate of the University of California, Davis in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems, with specializations at Stanford University and MIT, he is an expert in regenerative and sustainable agriculture and livestock farming, as well as sustainable supply chains.

At SOP, he is a technical consultant and product manager.

Sofia Mondo

Graduated in Communication Sciences.

At SOP, she is Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer.

Margherita Rossi

Graduated in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, she also holds an MSc in Sustainable Entrepreneurship.

At SOP, she is B Keeper for B Corp, Sustainability Specialist, and Executive Assistant.
