This philosophy aligns perfectly with who we are and, above all, with what we aspire to become.
At SOP, we fully embrace responsibility for our values, which is why we have met the rigorous standards required for this certification. Since 2022, SOP has been a Benefit Corporation, the Italian legal form adopted by companies that see profit as a means to generate positive impact on employees, communities, customers, and the environment. From today, B Corp Certification amplifies our commitment at the international level. This journey has enabled us to highlight the strengths already present in our company, identify areas for improvement, and turn them into opportunities for growth.

The “B Corporation Certification” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit entity, to companies that, like ours, have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet B Lab’s requirements in terms of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. It should be noted that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 765/2008, nor a national, European, or international standardization body within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012. The BIA criteria are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
