Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

SOP has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as it considers it an effective tool for raising awareness among all those who work with the company.
In line with our identity as a Benefit Corporation and the values of our Code of Ethics, we have chosen to set up a dedicated reporting channel. It is a commitment rooted in the belief that a company's worth is also measured by how easily an uncomfortable truth can be voiced within it.

Those who submit a report are protected. Their identity remains confidential and is disclosed only in the cases provided for by law. Anonymous reports are also accepted.

No one at SOP may suffer any adverse consequences for making a report in good faith. Any form of retaliation, regarding employment contracts, roles, or working relationships, is strictly prohibited.

The channel is open to employees, collaborators, suppliers, and anyone who works or has worked with us, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.

Whistleblowing Reporting Eligibility

The channel is open to anyone who becomes aware of a breach or wrongdoing in a work context: employees, collaborators and interns, self-employed workers and consultants, suppliers and their employees, shareholders, and members of administrative or supervisory bodies. It also remains available to individuals who have terminated their relationship with SOP, as well as job applicants. Protection also extends to those assisting the reporter and to individuals closely connected to them in the workplace.

The scope of this channel includes, among other things:
