SOP Biogas Optimizer
SOP Biogas Optimizer is a bioconditioning product for the bacterial populations present inside the digester.
Contents: 20 water-soluble sachets, for a total of 7.5 kg.
Recommended protocol for use: 7.5 g/kW of installed electric power, once a week.
Example: 100 kW = 750 g of SOP Biogas Optimizer – 2 sachets, once a week, added directly to the load together with the substrates.
Activation (first 4 weeks): double the dose.
The stimulation provided to the methanogenic bacteria in the digester allows an improved consumption of the substrates, particularly those with a lower potential such as liquid or solid manure. This makes it possible to reduce the use of “higher-value” substrates like silage or cereal meal while maintaining the same levels of biogas production.
The sachet containing SOP Biogas Optimizer dissolves inside the digester without interfering with metabolic processes.
