Organization model and Code of Ethics

SOP has adopted an Organization Model in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 as it considers it an effective instrument for creating awareness among the company employees and collaborators.

SOP’s intention is to transform this awareness and appreciation of its ethical values into a competitive advantage.

The aim of this Code of Ethics is, therefore, to formalise and document all the ethical principles that the company holds regarding the business processes making up its strategic mission. In this way, the recipients of the Code of Ethics can avoid violating the principles or regulations, defined by SOP as mandatory (even if they are acting in good faith and in the best interests of the company) and, consequently, avoid committing any of the crimes set down in the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
