The Solar Impulse Foundation has been promoting clean technology and efficient energy as a financially profitable solution to combat climate change, since 2002. 

Thanks to this prestigious certification, SOP Lagoon has been recognized on a world level for its capacity to: 

- improve the fertilizing capacity of liquid manure,

- simplify logistics for farmers,

- reduce emissions of Methane, Carbon dioxide, Nitrous oxide and the production of Ammonia

- improve animal health and living conditions and the working conditions of the farmers and farm workers.

All of this, whilst allowing the farmer to generate profit right from the first year of use and contribute actively to the achievement of 5 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) established by the UN for 2030.
